An Act to amend further the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Information Technology Board Act, 2001.
Whereas, it is expedient to amend the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Information Technology Board (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Act XXVI of 2001), for the purposes hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted as follows:
1. Short title and Commencement.
2. Amendment of Section 4, Act XXVI of 2001.
In the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Information Technology Board Act, 2001 (Act XXVI of 2001) sub-section (1) of Section 4, shall be substituted as under:
The Board shall consist of the following Chairman and Members, namely:

| 8 | An Information Technology expert coopted with the Member” permission of Chairman. | Member |
Repeal. The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Information Technology Board (Amendment) Ordinance, 2011 (Ordinance XLIV of 2011) is hereby repealed.
